Zap away stress and anxiety with this tech

Zap away stress and anxiety with Vagus Nerve Stimulation!Technology is everywhere these days. Most of the time, it makes life easier.

But instant and constant access to so much information, such as the latest news and world events, can also lead to high stress levels, anxiety, and eventually poor health.

Wouldn’t it be nice if you could use technology to reduce your stress and anxiety instead of constantly increasing it?

Well guess what? You can!

The Hidden Dangers of 5G & wireless tech

5G Hidden DangersA friend recently bought a new 5G smartphone. She was worried about the ‘5G’ part especially. Two problems:

First, there is no 5G where we live, so I just turned it off.

Second, the 5G Samsung phone only supports lower frequencies than our local 4G network – IOW, no millimeter wave!

Of course, it’s about more than just frequency. In reality, it’s about way more than just the technologies involved.

There is a hidden danger to worrying TOO MUCH about the effects of our wireless wonderland…

More ‘Big Guns’ question the safety of 5G

5G and the Precautionary PrincipleIf you’re worried that only ‘crazy people’ think that 5G may be dangerous to your health, don’t be.

Just one week ago, a new paper was published by a well-respected epidemiologist. He reviews past studies of various wireless technologies and asks quite a few interesting questions about the safety of 5G as well as current wireless tech.

In the end, his opinion is that as with a viral outbreak, it’s better to be safe than sorry. It’s nice to see more people stepping forward and expressing their concerns based on available data.

Let’s hope more people do the same!

EMF Protection: These Q-Link things actually work?!

Q-Link works?!Many people have asked me about the Q-Link and other similar gizmos.

You’re supposed to simply wear them, and they strengthen your body via “resonance” such that you are even protected from the negative effects of all kinds of EMF.

Well, I used to think that was nuts… Until my doctor friend said she loves hers!

So, I decided to take another look. It had been almost 20 years since I first decided they were just snake oil. Plus, I suppose with age comes the knowledge that we’re not always as smart as we think we are.

It turns out that the result of using these things is actually rather interesting…

Wireless Trolls: How to win against electrosmog naysayers

You know the drill: you try to tell someone about some study showing the health effects of WiFi, 5G, or whatever, and then it hits…

Maybe they come back with one of several standard cop-outs, maybe you’re called crazy, maybe they ask what happened to your tinfoil hat, or maybe they even get angry and abusive!

So, what to do?

In this video, I give some tips and tricks and information that hopefully you will find useful in spreading the word.

How to turn down your home WiFi’s transmit power

Your average home WiFi router or access point often has a setting so that you can reduce its transmit power level.

This is pretty handy to know given what I talked about in my earlier video, Are WiFi, Bluetooth, 4G, and 5G bad for you?

The typical range for 2.4GHz WiFi is 150ft (46m) indoors, and 300ft (92m) outdoors. For 5GHz Wifi, it’s more like 50ft (15m) and 100ft (30m). The lower you set the power, the shorter the range – but the less you are blasted by the WiFi signal!

There’s no reason to leave the transmit power at maximum if you don’t need the range… As an added bonus, lower range means increased security since it’s less likely someone else will “see” your WiFi network.

What you can do about 5G, WiFi, etc.

In my last vid, 5G is just the tip of the iceberg, I talked about a bunch of recent studies showing that all this crazy wireless stuff is having negative effects on our health.

Naturally, the question on everyone’s mind is: What can we do about it?!

Well, minimizing your exposure is probably a wise idea. There are all kinds of fun ways you can do that.

And second, you should speak your mind. Share on social media, talk to your friends and family, show them the studies, sign petitions…

Ya know: Don’t assume that you are powerless!

Are WiFi, Bluetooth, 4G, and 5G bad for you? Hold on to your hats…

5G is coming, and people are worried. Well, should we be?

To answer that question, we need to know what studies have been done on the safety of microwave-frequency digital radio transmissions.

We need to look at WiFi, Bluetooth, 3G, and 4G studies, as well!

After all, much of the concern about 5G is based on the results of those studies.

It turns out that there ARE a ton of studies out there that indicate that yes, it looks bad.

Cell Phones: How to Maximize Battery Life and Minimize Radiation Exposure

This article originally appeared in Issue #14 of The Dot Connector Magazine.

Cell phones: they’re everywhere. From the “Battlephones” of the olden days, technology has progressed inexorably to today’s Smartphone. Crikey, some people even sleep with their cell phones!

Much has been written about the health effects of the gigahertz electromagnetic radiation that emanates from your trusty phone. Whether it’s brain cancer, or interfering with sleep, or mental fog, everyone has heard of some study or another that cell phones are dangerous.

Well, let’s get real: When you hold a microwave-frequency transmitter up against your head, what do you think is going to happen?! Of course, your average cell phone emits signals at power levels that are thousands of times weaker than a microwave oven – and at a different frequency. But still, cell phone emissions are nonetheless microwave radiation, and that can’t be good for you.

To make matters worse, your super-intelligent, handheld-computer “smart phone” just loves to gobble up the juice from its battery. But what if you could minimize your exposure to cell phone radiation and increase your battery life?

If you must use the darn things, you may as well do it correctly, yes?
