The Specific Absorption Rate, or SAR, of a phone shows how much energy from radio frequency waves is absorbed by body parts – head, torso, whole body, etc.
The idea is that phones can be certified as “safe”, while also allowing some sort of comparison between different phones. In reality, the whole thing is a bit of a bad joke.
Even the FCC admits SAR is a pretty useless rating!

Who doesn’t love technology?
Unfortunately, working and playing with our toys often results in bad, chronic headaches that just won’t seem to go away.
The good news is that by correcting your posture and paying more attention to your body, you CAN end the headaches.
While the exact mechanism at work here it still a bit of a mystery to me, honestly: Who cares?!
My headaches are gone!

So you want to prevent Dirty Electricity, but you don’t want to spend a fortune on filters? No problem!
With a few tools and some parts, you can DIY your own DE filters that perform just as well as pre-made Greenwave or Stetzerizer filters.
I made 14 additional filters and saved a TON of money.
Just be aware that you should probably have some experience soldering and working with 120/240V AC equipment.

While everyone is paying the most attention to wireless tech like 5G, dirty electricity is often completely overlooked.
In short, all our wondrous gizmos generate noise that couples to the human body from the electrical wiring in our homes, schools, places of work, and so on.
What effects does this dirty electricity have? Well, it ain’t pretty.
Fortunately, there are simple filters you can get that reduce the dangers from this type of noise.
Join me for a look at DE – and get clean power!

Ah, 5G… It’s a mixture of new technologies, the most “interesting” being mmWave, or millimeter wave.
If you’re wondering if a particular phone actually HAS mmWave, good luck figuring it out.
Even worse, in most areas it’s darn near impossible to find out what flavor of 5G is being used: Is it mmWave, or not?!
Good luck with that one, too.
And to top it all off, it doesn’t really matter anyway because even official government bodies are really looking at 5G and EXISTING wireless tech, and starting to get worried…

I finally managed to read Arthur Firstenberg’s book, The Invisible Rainbow.
The well-documented book chronicles the multitude of effects of everything from the first telegraph lines and electric lighting to modern day wireless systems. The data is plentiful and the effects are… well, not very good.
But I found myself with more questions than answers..
For example, why did 5 children get cancer at 1 school in Spain after the first digital cellular tower was turned on? What about the other schools or hospitals with antennae next to them? They were all over the world!
At the same time, it’s hard to discount the stories as just, “correlation does not equal causation”. At this point, there’s simply too much data out there to ignore it or try to explain it away.
If you’re looking for answers or solutions, this book doesn’t have any. What it does have is a fascinating look at the LONG history of the negative effects of various types of EMFs on human, plant, and animal life – over literally hundreds of years.

Shungite is a stone that many people use to protect themselves from EMFs such as WiFi, 5G, and so on. But does it really work?
Well, it turns out that most of the information available on the internet appears to be dead wrong!
I do a few simple tests in this video to show that no, shungite does not appear to absorb EMFs – it reflects or partially blocks them only when it’s directly between the antenna and your body.
Well, okay, but there are still tons of people who swear by it! What’s going on here?
Should you keep using your shungite?

In this episode, I answer some questions and comments left on my various 5G videos – especially 5G is just the tip of the iceberg.
Since I posted that video 2 years ago, it has received almost 6000 comments. Many are informative, supportive, and heartening.
And then there are the “other” comments…
Join me for a deep dive QnA – and a bit of fun!

There are quite a few smartphone cases, Faraday bags, and other little gizmos out there that claim to protect you from the phones RF waves.
A common method that people use is to line one (or both) sides of their phone case with good old aluminum foil.
So, the question is: Does tin foiling your phone really work? How much? And where exactly should you put the foil?
Watch to find out!

The FCC recently announced that when it comes to 5G, there’s nothing to worry about.
They consulted with the FDA’s Center for Devices and Radiological Health and other experts, and everything is awesome!
Except, it’s not.
Join me for another exciting look at the insanity that passes for EMF “safety” science these days!
