In my experience AMD products are total absolute garbage, regardless of specs. Every single time I tried them, there is a problem with OS, software incompatibility. When it comes to software and hardware, there’s a simple rule to follow, use whatever there is more in the market, if you don’t, you’ll run into problems and be wasting your life making things work. So if you want a computer, it has to be intel, nvidia, windows. If you and a phone it has to be qualcomm and android. Life is simple.
Way back in the day, I tried AMD… Didn’t matter if it was VIA chipset or whatever the other one was – they ALWAYS crashed more than Intel-based stuff. A friend of mine years later told me he didn’t mind AMD because they’re cheaper, and his computer ‘only’ crashes like once a week. To me, that’s absurd. I always use Intel, and my machines have always been rock-solid. Crashes and lock-ups only occur when a component has failed, not once a week!
